The wait is over — the full schedule for Madrona Fest 2025 has been announced. This year’s all-ages country folk festival will take place Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Key Peninsula Civic Center in Vaughn, Washington, and is set to be a daylong celebration of music, arts, and rural community life.

Presented by Yonlander, Madrona Fest embraces “the good life in the great outdoors,” bringing together nationally touring regional musicians, local artisans, civic organizations, and neighbors from across the Key Peninsula.

Early bird tickets are on sale now for $15 per person. Children 12 and younger are free.

Singer-songwriter Nathan Evans Fox was the first artist announced for Madrona Fest 2025, setting the tone for a lineup that blends nationally touring talent with the Key Peninsula’s own musical traditions.

A Community-Rooted Festival

The Madrona Music Festival began in 2024 as a free, all-ages country folk festival designed to unite the Key Peninsula’s diverse communities through music, food, and shared celebration.

The Key Peninsula Civic Center — a historic community hub originally part of Vaughn Union High School — will host the event across both indoor and outdoor spaces, rain or shine. The Whitmore Room will feature sponsor tables and community booths, while the Gymnasium serves as the main stage for music.

Tickets & Admission

  • Early bird tickets: $15 before September 18, 2025
  • $20 at the door (children 12 and under are free)
  • Limited to 500 attendees; max two tickets per person
  • Patron tickets: $100, including two entries and a meal voucher for two

Food & Atmosphere

Locally sourced food will be available for purchase, and the festival’s October timing means attendees can expect crisp autumn weather and stunning fall foliage. According to the Farmers’ Almanac, the peak for Washington’s fall colors is expected between October 12–28 — perfect for a day of music and community connection.
